DRV LEGAL WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2012 BY THREE PARTNERS DUŠAN DVOŘÁK, TOMÁŠ RADA AND DAVID VANÍČEK, WHO FORMERLY COOPERATED AS ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW IN DSB LAWYERS
We provide comprehensive and professional legal services covering all legal areas with emphasis put on legal aspects of business, with specialization in business law, M&A, private equity, investor acquisition, corporate issues (mergers, changes in the capital, shareholder agreements, exit strategies, deadlock solutions etc.), insolvency law, law of real property, labour and financial law. Our team has a wide range of experience with the due diligence process of acquisition targets.
The Partners have extensive experience in the local, as well as international business environments, e.g. in cross-border fusions and transactions including representation of investors, insolvency trustees and creditors in the biggest insolvency proceedings, which enables our team to provide top-level legal services.
The manner of our operation enables the dynamics and growth in legal services with the kind of flexibility that often cannot be found in large international law firms. We always, in principle, approach our clients' issues individually and in such a way that no unnecessary administration stands in their way, saving their valuable time and resources.
Our firm specialises also in providing legal advice on the German business law in Czech language. Our fluently Czech-speaking partners help the Czech clients with legal questions incidental to Mergers & Acquisitions projects in Germany (letter of intent, due diligence, ownership interest purchase agreements, asset deals), commercial contracts with German business partners, with legal questions resulting from contractors being insolvent and also with representing the Czech clients in lawsuits under German law or drafting the terms of a contract including general terms and conditions. Moreover, they advise on German labour law – specifically on contractual obligations as well as dealing with the trade unions and lawsuits.
