Daniel Vacek

Daniel Vacek graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 2021, where he successfully passed the final state examination and defended the thesis " Criminal Offences against the State – Historical Development in the Czech Lands" in which he mainly focused on the crime of insulting the majesty. During his studies he gained practical experience at the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, in a law firm and in the consumer consultancy dTest. After graduation, he worked abroad and subsequently also at the Office for the Protection of Competition, focusing on public procurement issues.

He worked at DRV Legal as a junior lawyer. Since July 2026, Daniel has been working as an attorney with DRV Legal, focusing primarily on insolvency law, civil law, commercial law and criminal law.

Daniel speaks German, English and has a passive knowledge of Italian.
