Matouš Dohnal

Matouš Dohnal successfully graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 2022, where he passed his state final examination and defended his diploma thesis on the topic of " Drug Criminal Offences in Cyberspace".

During his previous junior associate practice, Matouš primarily focused on commercial law and dispute resolution, as well as more extensive cases of economic criminal activity.

Currently, he is a member of DRV Legal's corporate team, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract law, civil law, and competition law.
