Matouš Dohnal

Matouš Dohnal graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 2022, successfully passing the final state examination and defending his thesis on the topic “ Drug Criminal Offences in Cyberspace.” During his studies, he gained experience not only in legal practice but also at public prosecutor’s offices.

As a junior associate, he initially worked in Prague within renowned law firms, where he primarily focused on commercial law, dispute resolution, as well as more extensive cases of economic criminal activity. He joined DRV Legal in June 2025 and became a member of the corporate team.

Since April 2026, he has been cooperating with DRV Legal as an attorney, focusing mainly on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, as well as criminal and competition law.

Matouš is fluent in English.
