Gabriela Bučková

Gabriela obtained her Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 2019, where she successfully passed the state final examination and defended her master’s thesis titled “Credit Process of a Corporate Client Compared with the Credit Process of the Consumer.”

She gained practical legal experience already during her studies, working as a legal assistant in a bank and in a law firm. After completing her studies, she worked as a trainee lawyer and subsequently as an attorney at a law firm in Brno, focusing primarily on corporate law. There, she acquired experience in corporate transformations and M&A transactions, as well as in various areas of civil, employment, and family law.

Gabriela has been cooperating with DRV Legal as an attorney since January 2026. She is a member of the corporate team and continues to focus on mergers and acquisitions, contractual matters, as well as civil, employment, and family law.

She speaks and writes Czech, English, and Slovak.
