Kateřina Blisová

Mgr. Kateřina Blisová graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno in 2016, where she successfully passed the state final exam and defended her thesis on the topic "Objection against the Genereal Meeting Resolution."

She worked for several years as an judicial clerk at the Supreme Court in a chamber specializing in commercial law, unfair competition, and industrial rights. In 2019, she successfully passed the judicial exam.

Since February 2025, Kateřina has been an attorney at DRV Legal, where she is a member of a team primarily focused on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, financing, commercial contract law, civil law, and competition law.

In her free time, Kateřina enjoys running, reading classic literature and baking sourdough bread.
