Martin Gřešák

Mgr. et Mgr. Martin Gřešák graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University in Prague. He also studied law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Martin worked as a junior lawyer and subsequently as an attorney in several leading Prague law firms. In one of these roles, he also worked as Head of Legal of a notable Czech group of companies.

Since 2025, Martin has been cooperating with DRV Legal as an attorney.

Martin specializes primarily in legal services related to M&A, real estate, commercial contract law, and employment law.

Martin is fluent in English.
