Pavel Dimitrov

Pavel Dimitrov graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno in 2020, where he successfully passed the final state examination and defended the thesis "Passing of Risk in International Sale Contract under CISG", in which he mainly focused on the Vienna Convention and Incoterms. In 2021, he passed the state rigorous examination at the department of Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law at Charles University and obtained his doctor degree (J.D.). During his studies, he gained practical experience as a paralegal at the Late collection department at Sberbank CZ, a.s. and subsequently also in the law firm DRV Legal. Since September 2020, Pavel has been a member of the Czech Bar Association and he has been working in our team as a junior lawyer.

Pavel mainly focuses on contract law, real estate law, civil and corporate law.

Pavel speaks English and has a passive knowledge of the Russian.
