Petr Kilian

Petr Kilian completed his studies in Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in 2013. He continued his studies with a doctoral programme and in 2020 passed the doctoral state exam and defended his thesis on “Catalonia and the right of peoples to self-determination”. In the same year, he passed the judicial exams.

Already during his Master's studies he gained experience as an intern at the Supreme Administrative Court and the High Court in Olomouc. After completing his studies, he worked as an assistant to the Vice President of the Constitutional Court and as a researcher at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University.

Since 2023 he has been working as an attorney at DRV Legal.
