The M&A team led by partner Tomáš Antal advised TEDOM a.s. on the acquisition of a 50% ownership interest in company Central Europe Energy Service s.r.o. (now with business name TEDOM trading s.r.o.).
TEDOM trading specialises in electricity and gas trading on exchange and over-the-counter markets, balance sheet services and energy dispatching, as well as in the development of software for energy portfolio management.
