The DRV Legal team, led by senior associate Radovan Majda, advised the shareholders of Colonico, a.s. on the sellers' side in a transaction consisting in the coordinated sale of all shares in the company to the EMBRA group. Colonico, a.s. manages extensive real estate assets in Žebětín, on which it is preparing the development project Rezidence Pod Lesem with the aim of building ten terraced houses and more than a hundred flats in seven apartment buildings.
