DRV Legal's M&A team, led by partner Tomáš Rada in cooperation with partner Tomáš Antal and associate Václav Koubík, advised a group of shareholders on the sale of LIKOV Group, a leading European manufacturer of building profiles for insulation systems with a turnover of CZK 1.5m. The transaction is currently under review by the Antimonopoly Authority.
