The M&A team of DRV Legal, led by partner Tomáš Rada in cooperation with junior lawyer Magdalena Rozlívková, provided comprehensive legal advice to the investment fund Jet Venture 1 in connection with the acquisition of a minority stake in the rapidly growing e-commerce platform IAG s.r.o. The transaction was completed as part of a funding round with a total value of five million euros. Jet Investment is contributing €2.4 million as the lead investor, with co-investors Venture to Future Fund contributing €1.6 million and founding investor Josef Koller adding €1 million.
