The M&A team, led by partner Tomáš Antal, provided legal advisory services to TEDOM in connection with the acquisition of the British company EuroSite Power Limited, which supplies heat and electricity from combined heat and power (CHP) units for hotels and stadiums. In the UK, it operates dozens of energy sources with a total capacity of nearly six megawatts. For this transaction, we closely cooperated with English advisors Francis Dalton and Mia Broomhall from the law firm Freeths, who provided essential legal advice on all aspects of UK law.
