The M&A team of DRV Legal, led by partner Tomáš Antal in cooperation with attorney Martin Gřešák and Polish colleagues from the law firm MFW Fiałek & Partners Law Firm Sp. k., provided legal advisory services to the investment fund Jet 3 SICAV in the negotiation and closing of the acquisition of a majority stake in the Polish company Plastiwell International. Plastiwell is a leading Polish manufacturer of high-quality plastic products for the automotive, electrical, and sporting goods industries. In 2024, the company achieved revenues of approximately €100 million, with a significant portion coming from exports. The company employs more than 1,000 people across three highly automated production lines throughout Poland and utilizes large teams focused on automation, robotics, and design, including in-house tool production.
