In the article „A part of an enterprise according to § 421 par. 2 Law No. 90/2012 Coll. on commercial companies and cooperatives  and § 374 Law No. 90/2012 Coll. on Investment Companies and Investment Funds, not only in the context of investment funds“, published in the journal Právní rozhledy iss. 13-14/2015, the author Tomáš Rada is elucidating the problems with the interpretation of the term „part of a commercial enterprise“ with focus on practical utilization and running of investment funds.
