The M&A team of DRV Legal, led by partner Tomáš Rada, in cooperation with associate Martin Gřešák and other team members, provided legal advice to 2JCP Group in connection with the negotiation and completion of the acquisition of the electrical engineering company ACS. Although ACS is a relatively low-profile company, it has long been active in international markets and reported EBITDA of CZK 120 million last year. With revenues of approximately CZK 500 million, it is a highly profitable company within its sector. The transaction also involved cross-border aspects in Poland and Bulgaria, on which we cooperated with partner law firms from the Visegrad+ Legal alliance.
