M&A team of DRV Legal under the leadership of partner Tomáš Rada and associate Nikola Hamáčková provided legal consulting to company DRFG Telco Management a.s., a member of the DRFG group, in process of acquisition of company ARBOR,spol.s r.o.,něm.ARBOR GmbH. As a result of the acquisition, the company DRFG Telco Management a.s. became the majority shareholder of ARBOR,spol.s r.o.,něm.ARBOR GmbH, which is focussing on construction, service and maintenance of telecommunication networks.
