The real estate team led by partner Tomáš Rada and senior associate Zdeněk Chroust advised Jet Industrial Lease SICAV, a.s., a member of the Jet Investment Group, on the acquisition (by way of a share deal) of five industrial sites in the western and central part of Poland.
The acquired premises, with a total area of over 174 thousand sqm, have tenants from among large suppliers to the automotive industry.
