The real estate team led by partner Tomáš Rada and senior associate Zdeněk Chroust advised Jet Industrial Lease SICAV, a.s., a member of the Jet Investment group, on the acquisition (in the form of a share deal) of the Airport Business Centre at the Václav Havel Airport.
The acquired building offers 14,542 sqm of office and retail space. In the future, the building should be located directly at the exit of the planned Prague - Kladno - Václav Havel Airport expressway with a completion date of 2028.
