The M&A team led by partners Tomáš Rada and Tomáš Antal and associates Václav Koubík and Vít Brejša advised Jet 2 Kappa, a.s., a member of the Jet Investment group, on the acquisition of one of the largest European printing holdings, Euro-Druckservice (eds.group). The eds.group consists of eight companies operating in five countries and has annual revenues of around €300 million.
In addition to negotiating the transaction documentation, the legal services provided included the preparation of proposals for the approval of the transaction by the individual antitrust authorities and the legal due diligence of all companies belonging to the eds.group, in which the law firms associated in the international alliance Visegrad Plus Legal participated with DRV Legal.
