DRV Legal advised YD Capital on the acquisition of a major office building at Moravské náměstí 8 in Brno, offering 5,470 sqm of total area with a ground floor retail space and five floors above ground. The transaction was handled by the M&A and real estate team led by partner Tomáš Rada in cooperation with senior associate Václav Koubík.
