The M&A team of DRV Legal, led by partner Tomáš Antal, in cooperation with associate Matěj Urbánek and junior associate Matouš Dohnal, provided legal advice to the investment fund Jet 3 SICAV in connection with the negotiation and completion of the acquisition of a majority stake in the Náš Chléb Group. Náš Chléb is a Czech producer and retailer of high-quality artisan bakery products, delicatessen goods, and confectionery, and also operates a network of retail stores focused on fresh and locally sourced food. The Náš Chléb bakery has been active on the Czech market for over twenty-five years and achieved consolidated revenues of approximately CZK 450 million in 2024. It currently employs nearly 700 people, and its business network comprises 124 outlets across the Czech Republic, 14 of which are operated on a franchise basis.
