The M&A team of DRV Legal, led by partner Tomáš Rada, in cooperation with associate Matěj Urbánek, provided legal advice to the sellers in connection with the sale of a majority stake and the negotiation of cooperation terms among the shareholders in Ilios, a company specializing in photovoltaic power plants, heat pumps, charging stations, and smart home solutions. The buyer is Nay-Datart, a member of the HP Tronic group. The transaction also includes a partnership with the Brno-based software startup Wue Technologies, focused on the preparation of pricing quotations for photovoltaic power plants.
