The real estate team at our law firm, led by senior attorney Václav Koubík, worked with our Polish colleagues from the law firm KPMM Legal and provided legal advice to the Jet Industrial Lease investment fund in connection with development of a new industrial complex in Rzeszów, Poland. Our team was primarily involved in the negotiations of the transaction documentation with a development company Panattoni and provided overal legal advice in connection with this project. The project will be carried out in two stages and will offer more than 42,000 m² of leasable space.
This is the sixth project of the Jet Industrial Lease fund in Poland and the eleventh acquisition of the fund since its establishment in 2020. DRV Legal has been supporting the client in the implementation of its investment plans and projects for a long time. We look forward to further cooperation on this and other joint projects.
