The M&A team of DRV Legal, led by partner Tomáš Antal, in cooperation with junior associate Matouš Dohnal and other team members, provided legal advice to the investment fund Jet 3 SICAV in connection with the negotiation and completion of the acquisition of a majority stake in REGUTEC, a leading Czech manufacturer of recycled rubber products. With annual revenues of around CZK 500 million, the company supplies materials for fitness, playgrounds, railway infrastructure, and construction, with 90% of its production exported to international markets.
